Tiller came to life after co-founder Kelly Phipps was asked to help a close friend’s mom sell their family farm. During the eight-month process, he saw first-hand how difficult selling land is on your own. The experience was eye-opening, and he was compelled to figure out a way to improve the process for others. After a couple of conversations with friends Brian Mack, Christina Staggs, and Robin Nix, Tiller was formed.
