Kelly is the former managing partner of Armor Seed. The Armor brand grew into one of the largest independent seed companies in the country during his 17-year tenure. This led to the brand being purchased by Land O’ Lakes in 2017.

Kelly has loved agriculture since the age of 3 when his parents moved to Hickory Ridge Arkansas for his dad to work for Taylor Seed Farms. In Hickory Ridge, he learned the values of hard work, loyalty and helping others. He has a passion for solving complex/difficult situations that he hopes can help ease the anxiety of selling a family farm.
